Information and Policies      

Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive veterinary care available for your pet. 


 Appointment Policies 

Appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes so that we may devote ample time to each and every patient. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergency cases may be referred based off severity as we are not an emergency facility. We are a small animal clinic that only accepts dogs and cats.


Cancellation of appointments must be 24 hours before scheduled visit. No-show appointments may result in a deposit being required for your next visit. 


Patient Arrival Policy

Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets.  We recommend that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.

Late arrivals will be seen up to 10 minutes after scheduled visit, however the overall visit may be shortened so that we may stay on schedule as a courtesy to other clients. Late arrivals greater than 10 minutes will need to reschedule unless our schedule can accommodate. 

Payment Policy

Payment for service is expected at the time of visit. We do not offer billing or hold checks. Estimates are available before any procedure, please inquire before services are provided.

 Care Credit:

  • A healthcare credit card that allows you to make convenient monthly payments for procedures and treatments for your pet.
  • You can also use if for yourself for a variety of services including: LASIK, dentistry, cosmetic surgery, hearing care and more.

  • Payment plan that does not alter your credit score


Additional Policy Information:

  • In the event that your payment does not process, there will be a monthly billing charge of $3.50 and a monthly fincancing charge of 1.5% of the balance due. 
  • Clients are encouraged to consider pet insurance as a tool to manage unforeseen medical emergencies.                     
  • We reserve the right to require a deposit for clients who have a history of missed or cancelled appointments without a 24-hour notice.
  • New clients will be asked to prepay the first visit exam price that will go towards their first visit.
