Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive veterinary care available for your pet. 


 Appointment Policies 

Appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes so that we may devote ample time to each and every patient. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergency cases may be referred based off severity as we are not an emergency facility. We are a small animal clinic that only accepts dogs and cats.


Cancellation of appointments must be 24 hours before scheduled visit. No-show appointments may result in a deposit being required for your next visit. 


Pre-payment Policy

We require all new clients and clients we have not seen in the past three years to pre-pay the first visit exam price as a deposit. We also reserve the right to require an exam price deposit for clients with a history of missed or canceled appointments without a 24-hour notice.

Clients (whether new or established) bringing in more than one patient at a time are required to pre-pay an exam fee for every patient being seen by the doctor.

If a pre-paid appointment is missed or cancelled within 24-hours of the appointment, the exam deposit will be forfeited and an additional deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.  

Patient Arrival Policy

Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets.  We ask that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.

Late arrivals will be seen up to 15 minutes after scheduled visit, however the overall visit may be shortened so that we may stay on schedule as a courtesy to other clients. Late arrivals greater than 15 minutes will need to reschedule unless our schedule can accommodate. 

Technician Appointment Policy

Effective 2024, we require all patients to be up to date on both a yearly exam and Rabies vaccine in order to schedule a technician appointment (whether that be for other vaccines/injections, nail trims, anal gland expression or bloodwork). Patients can only be exempt from this policy by one of our veterinarians for medical reasons. 


Payment Policy

Payment for service is expected at the time of visit. We do not offer billing or hold checks. Estimates are available before any procedure, please inquire before services are provided.

Additional Policy Information:

  • In the event that your payment does not process, there will be a monthly billing charge of $3.50 and a monthly financing charge of 1.5% of the balance due. 
  • Clients are encouraged to consider pet insurance as a tool to manage unforeseen medical emergencies.
